Content and on-page SEO that earns rankings and enquiries
Pages that rank because they're the best answer, not because they repeat a keyword nine times. We plan, write and optimise service pages, location pages and articles for the way New Zealanders search and the way Google now reads.
Our approach to content
Google's guidance since the helpful content system has been consistent: write for people, demonstrate real experience and expertise, and make each page genuinely useful. The 2026 core updates have been even clearer, rewarding brands and first-hand sources while pushing down thin, generated and compiled content.
So we start from what your customers need to know, not from a keyword list. Then we structure every page so it's easy for both people and AI systems to extract the answer: a direct opening, clear headings, specifics (prices, timeframes, examples) and real proof.
- Commercial pages first: service, product and location pages are where enquiries come from, so they get the most attention.
- Topic clusters, not random posts: articles are planned around the questions people ask before buying, and link back to the page that sells.
- Written with you, not for you: we interview you or your team so the content carries your actual experience, which is what E-E-A-T means in practice.
- Refreshed, not abandoned: existing pages that have slipped are updated before new ones are written.

Service pages
One page per service, structured to answer "what, for whom, how much, how long" and to rank for the commercial terms in your market.
Location pages

Questions about content SEO
Do you use AI to write content?
We use AI tools for research, outlining and editing, and we don't publish AI-generated pages unreviewed. Every piece is built on an interview with you, written or heavily edited by a person, and checked for accuracy. Google's 2026 updates penalise mass-produced content, and it rarely converts anyway.
How many pages do we need?
Usually one per service, one per area you serve, and a handful of guides that answer the questions customers ask before buying. For most NZ SMEs that's 15 to 40 pages built over the first six months.
Can you improve pages we already have?
Yes, and we usually start there. Updating a page that already has some authority is faster than building a new one, and often moves rankings within weeks.
Do you write in New Zealand English?
Yes: NZ spelling, NZ terminology and references, and a tone that suits your audience rather than a generic American marketing voice.
